WHAT IS EFT?

EFT is a gentle, rapid, easy to use self-help technique designed to influence the body's energy system. EFT uses the ancient Chinese meridian system of acupuncture, but needles are never used. Instead, the practitioner and/or client taps on a sequence of point.
EFT combines this ancient healing art of acupuncture with modern psychological & scientific principles. EFT is a clinically proven method, used in thousands of documented cases to relieve stress, trauma, anxiety, pain, negative emotions and numerous other distressing conditions.
EFT often works when nothing else will. The best part is that you don’t have to believe it will work for it to work. You can remain completely skeptical and it will still work. EFT is powerful and creates real and lasting change almost immediately.
